  1. Pro-tip (from a professional graphic designer) if you're only paying $30 for a design, don't expect more than $30 worth of skill or effort. If all you can pay IS $30, then ask for something VERY simple and easy to execute that a $30 designer can actually execute. That's why I am on here learning about POD. I want to design for myself. I have a full time job as a designer that makes decent money, but working for a corporation means everything is "design by committee." Doing graphic design as a Freelancer is a joke because NO ONE wants to pay for quality. If I want to sell my services as a designer on a freelance site, I have to be willing to cheapen my 4 year degree, all the student loans I am still paying, all my years of experience, and my basic human needs to eat and keep a roof over my head for the price on ONE of the shirts someone wants to sell to make someone else rich. No. This time I am going to use my design skills to make myself money.
